Our long stay storage options are perfect for residents, seasonal or interstate travellers looking to securely store their home away from home.
Each month we offer our long stay tenants a complimentary Work & Wash bay hire to the value of $22, essential for the maintenance and upkeep of your asset.

Serviced sites

Serviced sites are available to book for up to 7 days at a time. Whether you are preparing for your next trip or packing down after your last, have site access to water and power from $55 per day.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum storage period?
Minimum storage booking period is up to 12 hours starting from $51.00 AUD including GST.
What size site do I need?
Site widths range from 2.4m to 6m and site lengths range from 6m up to 15m. When choosing a site please allow additional room for manoeuvring and positioning on the site as well as trailer and vehicle accessories e.g., drawbar, hitch, spare tyre, toolbox, boat motor etc.
Can I store more than one vehicle on my site?
If your storage site is large enough, yes, you can store more than one vehicle on any site.
When can I access my vehicle?
Site access is from 6am to 6pm, 7 days per week. Our onsite office is open Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 3.30pm and at other times by appointment. Please note – the office is closed on public holidays.
How can I make payment?
Driving Wheels accepts cash, Eftpos, credit card, direct debit and funds transfer. You can pay online, in person or via phone using your credit card during office hours. All bookings are paid in advance, prices include GST and are fixed at the time of booking for the total storage period.
Is there an agreement or contract that I need to sign?
Yes, it is the Australian Standard Self Storage Standard Agreement which is the agreement issued by the Self-Storage Association of Australia to which Driving Wheels is a member.
Do I need insurance?
You must obtain your own insurance adequate for the site and storage period. We do not cover any theft or damage to your contents or asset whilst is it stored onsite. See storage agreement for more information.
Do you have any undercover sites available?
At this stage we only offer outdoor storage sites. Our Wash & Work bays however are semi-enclosed, providing protection from the elements while conducting repairs and maintenance on your vehicle.
Can I stay in my vehicle overnight?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer overnight accommodation facilities. We are however in the first stage of an integrated development under the banner of Driving Wheels Homestead RV & Camping Park. Stay tuned for more information and updates.
Do you offer cleaning and maintenance services?
No. We offer site amenities designed to self service all your cleaning and maintenance tasks. Located on the Roadhouse Deck is our Contractor’s Board which provides details and contacts of contractors and service providers who may be able to assist you.
Is the site pet friendly?
Yes, pets are welcome. We have an off-leash area for your furry friends to run and play.
